If we go back 10 years in the UK, people were consuming coffee in a very different way, there was more of an instant consumption habit. We’ve also seen a stark decline in the number of pubs, they’re shutting week by week, and we’ve seen a very significant increase in the number of coffee shops. Combined with that, the health-conscious and time-poor consumer wants to try that new natural product that they can have on-the-go.
